Your tasks:

  • You identify new business opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships in the areas of IT services, cloud solutions, and managed services.
  • You analyze customer needs and create individual offers in collaboration with our technical team.
  • You will accompany the entire sales process – from the initial contact and the offer phase to the contract conclusion.
  • You work closely with partners such as ALSO, Lenovo, and Microsoft, actively utilizing their programs for lead generation.
  • You manage our CRM system and contribute your ideas for sales optimization.

This is what you bring:

  • Experience in B2B sales, ideally in the IT or system house environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Technical understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, and security
  • Driver's license class B and willingness to travel in the NRW region
